Graduation Party Planning

Planning for a graduation party can be very time consuming and stressful. However, if you take some time to lay out a plan of action, it can cut down on unnecessary time spent and headaches. When planning a graduation party, it is important to start with making a guest list. From there you will know how much food you need and how many invitations to order. This information would also be useful when booking a place to have your party. The amount of room needed will depend on the number of people invited. If you do not have enough room at your house, you will have to book a banquet hall. These places need to be booked in advanced. You also want to set a date and time so you know what day to book your place. It is a good idea to book months ahead so that the hall is not already booked by another party on the date you want.

Invitations can be ordered through sites like Shutterfly and Snapfish if you did not order from another source. A picture of the Shutterfly site is included above. The next thing to worry about is the food. Some people hire caterers to make all the food for their party. Others have family members provide enough food for everyone. Either way, a head count needs to be taken to ensure that there will be enough food for all guests. Depending on how intricate your decorations are, you will have to take the time to decorate your party space. Some graduates like to make videos that have pictures from their childhood and high school career. Graduation parties can be expensive, so it may be a good idea to start saving before your senior year.
