Start of the 4th Quarter
With the fourth quarter starting on March 20th, the 2016-2017 school year will be quickly coming to a close. Students are probably counting down the school days to the end of the year, which is now below 50 days. The last quarter is always the biggest struggle for students, as it’s almost the end of the year and students are ready for summer vacation. Students do need to remember, though, there are still some state tests and exams coming up.
We asked some teachers here at LHS what advice they would give students for this quarter. Mrs. Mesker says that students should make sure they finish strong. Senora Beaupre wants students to make sure that they don’t fall behind. Ms. Collier reminds seniors to work on scholarships. Mrs. Berger suggests that students do their work so that they don’t fail the semester. Finally, Mrs. Schroeder in the office says that students should buckle down and get the year done.
Make sure that you do your work and keep your grades up.
